About Us
Dr. Philip Leviev and Dr. Rumyana Levieva are behind Cool Dental Sofia - a dental project with a clear idea, born after five years of clinical practice in the Netherlands.
The combination of quality, technology and patient care is at the heart of our vision for dentistry.
We came back to Bulgaria with the intention to implement these high standards in our own practice.
Cool Dental is our idea of a dentist we would like to go to ourselves.

Can I get an x-ray at the clinic?
The clinic can take a sector radiograph, which can be obtained in digital format.
How often should tartar cleaning be done?
Professional in-office tartar cleaning is usually done twice a year. In some cases, depending on the condition of the gums, the period may vary from 3-4 months.
At what age to take the child for the first examination?
We strive to make your child's first dental appointment a non-emergency one to create a friendly atmosphere and build trust in a relaxed environment. As early as the eruption of the first milk teeth, the dentist can advise parents on oral hygiene and nutrition is this age. After the age of 2-3 years, early childhood caries and the presence of bad habits giving an impact on the bite are monitored.

How long does it take to clean tartar?
Depending on the individual case, cleaning tartar and plaque takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
Do you work with supplemental health insurance/NHC?
Yes, we work with all supplemental health insurances and bill for the dental treatment provided. We also have a contract with the National Health Insurance Fund, and any insured patient who presents a health insurance booklet can benefit from this service.
How often should I visit the dentist?
It is recommended to have a check-up with a dentist every 6 months.
